“Can you take an iPhone microSD card out and read it through this product and have your old photos show up on a computer”

• Theoretically as long as it is a standard/micro SD it will work exactly as you describe. The one I purchased came with Virus software that tried to install itself onto my PC so I can't recommend this particular product.
