Yes the Insignia NS-PCA3D works with Windows 11. I currently have the Insignia NS-PCA3D connected and pushing quality video to a secondary QHD monitor. Just make sure to connect to a Superspeed usb port. (USB 3.0 or above) Windows 11 automatically downloaded a driver when I connected, but if you need to manually add a driver, it is online here: https://www.insigniaproducts.com/pdp/NS-PCA3D/6418350
