“No Drivers available online? I have recently purchased this, and threw the Driver CD cause I figured that my new laptop would automatically download them. Boy was I wrong. I cannot last more than 5 minutes on the internet without the USB "Disconnecting" because I do not have the drivers installed. Aside from throwing the CD out, I also have to CD drive. Also tried looking up drivers in Google...nothing...Insignia does not even have this product on their website! How else can I get drivers for this device?!?! This is truly maddening and very inconsiderate!”

• It has worked on every Windows 10 machine that I have tried it on so far. Just plug it in any USB-2 or -3 and it should work.

• i have the same problem. Don't expect much help for anyone else who has this problem. Throw it away or return it. Insignia makes cheap decent products but their support is as bad as BestBuys prices and products. XD If/when I find it i will update this with a SAFE link
