“I got the mic today as I was looking for a budget mic to replace my old one in a hurry. Got this after seeing it had good reviews. However, after plugging it in, and following all instructions, the mic will not unmute at all. Any ideas?”

Push the button on top of the mic. The light turns blue when its on and it is red when its off. If this one is not the problem, you may be need to set up your device setting to use this microphone instead.
