I had the same problem when I got this product last week. After plugging it - It said "Driver is unavailable" & I was unable to use the product. I did search everywhere but couldnt find the driver model for this adapter. However, i saw another similar Insignia product in insigniaproducts.com listings with just one USB port (see link below) and found the driver info for this other product under Supports and Downloads. I installed it and the adapter started working. Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I've been advised (by Insignia) that they are looking into this, it is a new product and unfortunately they don't have the software readily available. Best Buy may have it on a mini-CD but that doesn't help anyone.
