I have this product installed in my Inspiron 3511 (Windows 11} USB 3.0 port. It doe not work.
Both of my monitors work fine when plugged into the single HDMI port.
Device manager shows the Insignia driver as installed.
What else can I do? null

Search for the "Startech USB 3.0 to Dual HDMI Adapter" and install their driver.

For me it did not automatically install for Windows 10 and I had to do this. I don't know why BB/Insignia doesn't provide a driver in the package.

Go to your display set up and choose the option for 3 monitors.
