YES. ONCE YOU SET EVERYTHING VIA DISPLAY SETTINGS (MONITOR 1, 2, 3 ETC.) REBOOT, POWER OFF, ETC. - EVERYTHING STAYS THE SAME - WITH USB CONNECTED NON-STOP.
