QuestionWhat do the 2 LED lights indicate? For example, with my set up during operation, one light glows steady green. The other flashes rapidly an amber color.

- Answer The Green LED shows the link status and the amber LED shows the signal connecting status. The behavior you describe is normal.

QuestionWhy do specs NOT list mbps speed??? I need 200-300 mbps speed and have this item but don't know what its speed specs are so don't know if I need to get a different ethernet adapter

- Answer It's a Gigabit device -- so it'll go over 300 mbps easily. I have once, it clicks in over 101 MB/s -- or 1000mbps

- Answer No it won’t. This for providing a hardwired Ethernet connection and the iPad doesn’t have an Ethernet adapter built in. You will need a wireless network modem or a router to connect to. This will not provide and internet connection. You can get type c multi port adapters, but they will provided limited benefit to you on the iPad most type c peripheral devices will not automatically be compatible with the iPad

- Answer If your Lenovo has a USB-C out/in connector on the side of the laptop, then yes, it will work. If not, you will have to use the standard USB to Ethernet connector. My Lenovo has both connectors on it and both work fine. Just plug it in and it works. Good Luck
