• I do not see why not. As long as your phone can utilize an ethernet connection correctly, it should work. Worse comes to worst- take it back in store! :) Hope this provided something of value for you.

• Power Supply is to Power your System not the OS. So if it powers your PC Then yes it will support any os you want.
