• No this charger is not for the Note 5 this is a USB type-c this will charge a Samsung S8 or Note 8 but not note 5 or galaxy s7.. also beware this charger is extremely slow do not purchase

• No. It will not work with the Note 5. It is for phones with a USB type C port and the Note 5 has a micro USB port.
