“I recently purchased auto phn charger. It did not work in either of our vehicles so i returned for new one. It worked fine in one veh, when i plugged into my Honda it won't work. Does the charger apparatus have to be placed in certain position? iPhn 6e”

Try to check the port with another chargers or adaptors, I once had the same problem and then it was car fuse, after fixing it they worked fine.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I am no expert, but if device needs to be in a certain position to work, time for a new one. I use with an iPhone and drive a late model Subaru and no issues in the past year. Works well.
