• Yes. Just bought it because it showed original PS4 in images and picked it up curbside; didn't realize until I was driving home that it said Pro and slim only. Got it home and it actually fits my regular PS4

• Yes! It just won’t be able to screw in, but the side walls fit it just fine if you don’t move it or shake it.

• Yes it will "work". I say that because the original PS4 will fit in the opening, but it will NOT be any more secure than standing the PS4 on it's side without a stand. The stand does provide some elevation and air slits on the opening the PS4 sits, so it may provide better cooling than simply placing the PS4 on it's side.

• It worked for ours. The mounting screw wouldn't go in, but other than that it worked.
