Did anyone get theirs to play music again after the speaker stopped Working? Due to a "glitch"

I returned mine twice, and after the last one stopped working I was able to reboot it and it started working again. Then it stopped.
I gave up now use alexa null

I remove the power cord for a minute and then plugged it back in and then it went to working only had to do it once though
