I can't get mine to display the correct time zone. It tells me the right time, but not on the display. Tech support said it's a google issue with no ETA to correct.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. If you live in Arizona; clock is always off. This is what i did to fix. 1. Turn off auto in time zone. Verify clock shows right time. Change time zone to denver (this wont reset clock). 2. Reset insignia by pressing & holding mute button for 12 seconds. 3. Continue the setup 4. After setup completes; clock on insignia should show correct time. 5. Update your phone timezone back to Phoenix.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I was having this same problem when I set it up with my phone's time zone set to auto, so I tried changing my phone's time zone to manual and reset the Voice and it worked. I was also able to put my phone back on auto time zone afterward with no adverse effects.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I like others had the issue with Google Assistant being different than the display time. You need to set the device location in the Google Home app. This was a bit confusing for me since I couldn't find my address, but starting with the street name seemed to find it okay. After this, the time was changed automatically.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Display clock is on Eastern time. I tried 6 times following instructions listed on this page. Could not get the clock to reset to MountainTime. Solution: Set the phone's time to an odd value that is not close to an actual time zone value. For example, if your actual time is 9:44, then set your phone's time to 10:00 and follow the speaker reset and app reset procedures. This forced the speaker to display time correctly. Science? Or Magic? Who cares - it worked this time.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I had the problem that, since I live in Puerto Rico, when I put my time zone to Puerto Rico (AST) manually, the clock is 30 minutes late. After hearing Best Buy that is a problem with Google Assistant software, the only thing that worked for me is to look for another country under the same timezone (in my case it was Barbados), and the time in my cellphone stayed correctly, and then, the Insignia Voice got the time correctly. If I change back to Puerto Rico, it will always change to 30 minutes late. Try another country with same timezone if you get this problem.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. The GPS/Location Should be turned on in your settings for phone/tablet. Before linking your devices, make sure that the tablet/phone is connected to the internet and that the time is correct in their settings. If you have a phone that you set manually, that could be part of your problem. I had that with a HTC phone. Hope this helps
