Check your Google profile to make sure your profile is in the Eastern time zone. You can do this by logging into your Google account.

My friend had this issue but with Eastern Standard Time and this is what he did to fix it. Set his smartphone up so that it automatically sets time based on his location. Did an factory reset on your Insiginia and start all over. That should fix it. If not, then I'd suggest getting in touch with Insignia Support.
