There is a free app that can do this. Download "NextRadio" from the Google Play store, set it up, bluetooth your phone to the Insignia, and voila. A couple of my local radio stations will only play thru headphones or earbuds, as they are OTA only. But nearly all of them stream, which you can then hear thru the Insignia. Easy and fun. FM stations only, of course.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. No, this doesn't play radio stations by itself.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. You can have it play radio (or even set an alarm to play a specific radio station) if that station is available through iheartradio or tunein - both are free apps. I had previously downloaded iheartradio and selected my favorite radio station, and it plays that just fine. I know with our other Google Home devices it will play radio from either app and I have never downloaded tunein. So you may not even need to do that. Just go online and find out if your favorite radio stations are available through either app and if they are, try telling the Insignia "Hey Google, play KXYZ" or whatever your radio station is. If you have trouble with that, add "on iheartradio" or "on tunein" to the end of your request. Good luck!
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. If you mean regular broadcast (AM/FM), then no, it can not. Many radio stations have online offerings now, but I don't think it can use those either, unless the are offered through Google Play Music
