“Can I mute the voice so the speaker doesnt make a sound or talk at all? Because I want to be able to leave it on when I fall asleep. The last speaker I bought always said "Bluetooth on" or Bluetooth Connected" or "Bluetooth off". I'd like to disable it.”

Yes there is a mute button in the back of the device. It will stay on until you take it off.
