Is it not working at all? Do you have on your wifi, location and bluetooth on?
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Could be that you have too many things on the same wifi. Sometimes my speaker disconnects from it because so many other devices are connected. I say either upgrade your internet or reach out to Insignia for troubleshooting.
