Hello, You can actually make this option disabled for the speaker to recognize more voices. For you to make this, you would have to make the setup again as this feature needs to be enabled from the first time setup of the smart speaker. Karina R.- Insignia Support

You train it once, then sync it with as many speakers as you'd like. If it's grayed out, it may not be available in your region yet. I believe Google rolls out features to regions at different rates.

I did it by having the Home App on my wife's phone under her email and name, it allowed us to have it learn addl. voices that way. I do think you can do it from on Home App, but I did it the way I just said. Good Luck
