“I have had this since Christmas 2018 and it’s worked fine, until it suddenly showed nET. I tried to reconnect it, but it didn’t work, so I perfomed a reset on it, went through the process, and now it shows nET again. Anybody know how to fix this?”

I think you should bring it back to Best Buy. Ask Greek Squad to take a look at it. Even those you have try to reset it, and it didn’t work. Best Buy should do something about it for you.
