If you hit the circle on the device that should turn off the alarm. As far as the alternate chimes, I'm unsure..

You can say, " Hey google, set music alarm." First she'll ask what time you want the alarm set for. After you answer time set, she'll ask what music you want played. Just name your favorite group and you're set.
