I'm having the same issue. I'm from the UK and was in Texas last week. Picked up two while there and unfortunately one has done this from the start and the other is fine (ruling out any county - country issues). It's fine when I reset it to factory default settings, but after around ten minutes it sets back to "sorry, something went wrong" and "there was a glitch". I've searched online to no avail. Looks like a faulty unit which I can't return because I live abroad, and binned the box as it was too big to take with me :(
