• "Load" means that the firmware/software is updating.

• I didn't utilize the app to connect my ipod to the speaker...I set the ipod to Bluetooth then I held the power button on the back of the speake for about 5 seconds or until the lights on the front started blinking and then they connected....hopefully this may help.
