Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.just make sure that you connect the Speaker to the internet. For the first time its very confusing, how to connect it. once its connected everything is easy. try this hopefully will work. 1. install the apps on your phone as recommended 2. connect to the speaker wifi not your home wifi 3. update the wifi connection of the speaker connected to your home wifi .... Once it all done, the speaker will update by itself. Then you will also see that the time is sync on the cloud
