“Does this work with the Garmin Drive Smart 61? We have not been able to fit the ball mount on the back of our unit to the dashmount and almost looks a hare too big and we dont want to force it!”

No. You must use the Garmin Portable Friction Mount Part # 010-10908-02 available at Amazon Tip: Connect the ball mount to the adaptor BEFORE attaching to the Garmin device. The added pressure or a slip could damage your device.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I bought a separate holder to fit my IPhone, and it works fine. Sometimes the holder you already have won’t fit. Take dash mount with you to make sure it fits mount and Garmin smart 61.
