• Batteries - standard AA alkaline batteries will work and two are included with the keyboard.

• I am not positive, but I really bet it does. A quick Google search of your TV says it is a 4k smart TV that has USB connectivity. Most of those will work with standard USB wired or wireless keyboards. They are just regular AA batteries.
