There was a print button (you don't actually print), that showed the code that you copy and put in the Instacart app. The button should have been called redeem.

With the one saying that it's the other department , and then you get to the other apartment and they said no idea and they say you have to transfer back to the primary! Wasting hours of time between chat and phone speaking of chat the representative by the name of Robert Sein lies outright and continues to offer the customer false unhelpful vague incomplete situationally wrong, and is evilly maliciously happy to waste hours of my time trying to track down my $15 discount, misdirecting customers and the funny thing is that this is all in a written chat record that hopefully will serve as grounds for his being fired for the abuse and negligence shown and how he handles customer situations or does not for that matter from that also I have now had to spend an additional hour plus on the phone today which at 59 minutes in was told that after being transferred to four different departments I needed to be transferred back to the primary department that started the call each time Best buy put you into the original hold you and thus waste additional half hours to 45 minutes of time waiting for them to lie to you and send you on a wild goose chase yet again...needless to say Best buy is being reported to the Federal trade commission and to the better Business bureau and should be ashamed of themselves for offering promotions that they give no way to redeem.
