“Tried ridding my Instant Pot 6 Quart Plus 6 in 1 Air Fryer of the chemical and plastic smell by setting it to 400 degrees for an hour. I did it twice. I can't seem to get rid of the fowl smell and the fowl taste it imparts on foods. HELP please.”

Thanks for reaching out. It's normal to get a smell the first couple of uses with a new unit. This smell should go away after running a few times and cleaning thoroughly. Please contact our Customer Care team if it persists or if you have any concerns.
