The same thing happened to me. They were not price matching against other vendors during Black Friday/Cyber Monday week like they typically do. However, I was fortunate in that their own price on the Best Buy website had lowered to the same as what it was that I was hoping for a price match to. They were able to refund me the difference using just my emailed receipt. Price matching is one of the things I love about Best Buy. I went into the store and they were able to do it. In past I was told over the phone I would need to go into a store for them to do the refund. If you used a credit card, there's a possibility they may be able to do it over the phone (no guarantee though).
