Can you use pressure cooker to can vegatabled? null

Hello Jack. You can use the Duo Crisp for what's known as "water boil canning". However, please ensure that you do not pressure can in this model. Pressure canning requires a minimum 15psi, whereas the Duo Crisp is only rated up to 12 psi. This means that it does not reach pressures for safe canning. I think you can but I'm not sure. Google it because I think I saw in one of the manuals all the various things it does and I "THINK" i saw canning
