“Hi whenever I get the email telling me this is back in stock i go to buy it and it says that my payment information is incorrect and then it redirects me back to the main page, where it says its sold out again. Called my bank and the pay info is fine.”

I had the same issue when making big purchases online. I had to make my billing address the same as my shipping address. Hopefully this helps.
