QuestionI have the larger vacuum hose the 2” it fit on the top of my old Intex vacuum but the new one has a smaller top on it the hose won’t tighten on with the clamp. Do they make an adapter for it one end 1.5” the other 2” ?

QuestionI have used the vacuum one time and it worked great I just tried again and water is not coming out of both sides so when it gets to the side it just stays there. Can you help me?

- Answer You have to realign your pump so it's pointing out both holes because if it's in there off just a little bit it will not go out both holes
