• I ordered on 12/18 and they arrived in the mail/UPS (not sure which) on 12/22 to an upstate NY address.

• I think it depends - these tests are sold out in so many pharmacies so it might depend where Best Buy has availability at a given time. I had no issue ordering mine with shipping and now it looks like you can pick up at some stores too
