• Yes, as long as your computer recognizes the device. I use this very one with my PIV to log into the Citrix desktop.

• I don't know if it is an approved products and services for Federal Identity, Credential, and Access Management (FICAM) implementations, But I used my drive in my personal computer which has windows 10

• You are able to use this on several computers. As long as your PIV card doesn’t change your administrative rights on your personal PC then I don’t see why it wouldn’t work.
