“My IOGEAR works as it is suppose to except when playing Netflix from Samsung Note 9. The sound is there and the outline of the controls are present. Any ideas?”

I have the same issue. Please come up with a resoltion. It's the only reason why i purchased the product. Watch netflex on widescreen T.V. May have to return product.

Nop. I have the same problem and I hate it. The other equipment I had was working fine and better but I bought this and it didn't work. It's like yours. I'm so upset!
