QuestionOkay, so I want to use the portabble PAs as portabable PAs. I bought two ION systems that suport "LINK". Music works, but not the mic. Only system directly connected to the mic can hear anything. Is it broken? Any instructions for using mic with "LINK"?

QuestionThe clairity of all the channels is not clear. Can you attached an extra antenna to the unit?

- Answer I am afraid that this device has an internal antenna and there is no official way to add another antenna. The speaker will need to be in a location with decent radio reception, or virtually all radio stations are streamed online now as well. If you have a smartphone you can connect to the speaker via Bluetooth and play the radio through an app.

QuestionI am interested in using this for an outdoor meeting. If I have the microphone plugged in, could I Bluetooth connect this speaker with one or two other speakers? Would they have to be ION or are other brands okay?

- Answer Hi! Thanks for the question! The Ion Sport will not pass the Microphone signal to other units via Bluetooth. - Answer ION Support here! This unit has a 1/8-inch (3.5mm) aux input for non-Bluetooth devices. While standard guitar cable (1/4-inch) cannot be plugged directly into the unit, you may be able to achieve this using a guitar pre-amp or an adapter. Hope this helps!

They are very reliable, as long as they are being used and charged regularly. You want to make sure it is fully charged before storing for any long period of time, and that it is being used at least once a month to prevent battery drain.
