Yes this device does have a 1/8-inch (3.5mm) aux input for non-Bluetooth devices, if your TV or DVD player have a 1/8-inch (3.5mm) audio output. Otherwise you may need an adapter that converts whatever format audio out on your computer to 1/8-inch(3.5mm).
