Thanks for your question! The Sport Boom features a 1/4" microphone input that can accommodate a wide range of microphones. For a lavalier, you'll primarily want to ensure that the receiver features analog audio outputs and is not strictly a USB device, as the Sport Boom cannot accept microphone audio via USB. Ideally, the receiver will feature a 1/4" output that can connect directly to the Sport Boom without adapters. However, if it outputs via XLR or 1/8" cable, you can always use an adapter to connect from this cable type to the Sport Boom's 1/4" Mic input.
