• A:Answer UberTM Boom Ultra can play back audio files stored on a USB drive or Micro-SD Card. Inserting a USB drive or Micro-SD card into the corresponding port on the rear panel will switch the unit to the appropriate playback mode. You will hear “USB mode” or “SD mode” upon connecting if voice prompts are enabled.

• A:Answer The Uber Boom Ultra will return to Bluetooth mode once the USB or Micro-SD card is removed, provided no other device is still connected. However, if the USB or SD drive remains in the Uber Boom, it will continuously loop the drive’s track list from the beginning. There is no way to disable this function.

• A:Answer I've had mine for about 7 months with no issues but lately, it will just turn off after 15 minutes, even while remaining charged with the USB cord it came with. I submitted a ticket to the company and the response was that the "speaker requires a DC 5V 2A adapter to charge properly, not included". I find that insane. If it's REQUIRED, it should have been included. Disappointed but not surprised.
