Yes it will work with the S9 and beyond. It works great for my Note 9 and for my wife's Iphone XR. Only reason it may not work for a phone that is wireless charging capable is if that phone is in a case that doesnt allow wireless charging through it because of material or it is too think. Wife and I both have Otterbox Cases on our phones and it does work with them.
