Yes, I chose to use the stick-on mount instead of the vent mount because my vent was too flimsy. Stick-on mount seems to be plenty substantial. Just be sure to clean the stick-on area with some kind of degreaser to eliminate any moisture or oil. I prefer lacquer center, but it can be damaging to the surface.

Yes. I have an Otterbox case for my phone and it holds great.

It depends on if your using the vent or sticky. The vent needs a bigger shelf because our phones are heavy but it fits fine other than droops because of the weight.

Yes the outer sides of the phone expand to fit the size of the device... I have the iPhone 12
