“My dash is slightly curved. I put the dash pad on it and it looks like only about 3/4 of the pad would stick to the dash, maybe a little more. Is that enough to hold the mount in place or should I try something else?”

I would try something else. If it doesn’t have a good stick to an even surface then it might fall off. Have you looked at vent mounted solutions?

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Hi Scott, It would be difficult to say without seeing how curved the dashboard is. If you want to give the Dashboard pad a shot it may work, but we would suggest waiting at least 24 hrs. before attaching the mount to the dash-pad, that way the adhesive has enough time to set. Alternatively, you can attach the mount to the windshield (no need to use the dashboard pad with this option). Thanks!
