“Do u have to leave it mounted in one spot or can u move it from one car to another without it loosing it's stick? What is it that makes it stay just suction or something else? Does it leave a permanent mark on dash or glass where u stick it?”

It appears it will loose its stickiness if you move it too often

Please try again later.I haven't moved it since I mounted it, so I can't speak from experience about it, but It doesn't appear to me that it would likely leave any residue behind that couldn't be easily removed. The instructions say it can be removed and remounted. It holds very securely with a tacky/sticky suction cup. The instructions say that if you choose to remove it, just give the suction cup a rinse and it can be mounted again.

Move as often as you like just wash it off with some water and dish soap then restick. I have several of these one in each vehicle including my work van and LOVE these cell phone holders.
