“I took the film off the pad and set it aside while I looked through the instructions. Then I applied the pad and it barely stuck to the dashboard. Was it exposed to the air for to long? My dash is slightly curved but it should have stuck. Try again?”

It is better to find a straight place of the dash of the car inorder to fully stick up.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.If you read the instructions, im prety sure it says you can "clean" the pads with water, then it can be used like new, but the suction cup (with out the use of the pad) shoud work like a champ.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Hi Scott, the adhesive shouldn't lose strength when exposed to air (unless it was for a very long period of time). When installing the pad, we do recommend wiping down the dash to make sure there's no dust or anything, and then you should wait at least 20 mins before attaching the mount itself, as this will give the adhesive time to set (for a super strong grip, it's best to wait 24hrs).
