No it has no impact the the functionality of the phone. The magnets aren’t that strong to interfere or break your phone. Also has no interference with cellular reception to the respect that it would be noticeable. I have a iPhone 10s max for reference. I would imagine it would be possible with a different phone model but realistically, probably not.

I have the iPhone 6s plus and I haven’t noticed any in efficiency! It works fine!

No it does not interfere with the iPhone functions nor get in the way of one being able to fully use their device as intended.
