What they mean is to use the phone and don't charge it until the battery level is below 30%. This prevents fires in case they crack the battery when removing it. It has nothing to do with Max available Charge in battery health.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.extremely unnecessary, if you go to your settings and it says "service" before you read the battery health (i believe it says this under 80%), then you should get it replaced, mine is at 76% and I'll be getting it replaced.
