Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I was told Apple pulled back their stocks of batteries, and now they have to order a battery when you bring in the phone. They said I have to leave the phone until the battery arrives, typically 7-10 days. Guess it’s a 250-mile drive to the nearest Apple Store now. Doesn’t sound like Best Buy’s fault, but they admitted it’s virtually impossible to service iPhones now.
