• No ! I bought my iPhone at Verizon. Apple directed me to Best Buy to have the battery replaced. Wow ! What a difference in my phone, it works great ! And a lot less than buying a new phone !

• No, It doesn't matter where you purchased your iphone from. You can get its battery replaced in bestbuy. They are officially partners. Even you can book appointments in bestbuy shop for this service in Apple website. Bestbuy stores are listed there. Even the service time in bestbuy store is less than apple store in COVID 19 situation.
