Hi there. Thank you for your questions! Normally, we can get battery replacements done the same day. It just depends on the workload the Geek Squad is facing that day. We more than likely wouldn't be able to take the battery from the iPhone 6 and put it in the Xs because of compatibility and size differences. I hope this helps.
