The battery was replaced on April 5, 2018 on my father's iPhone 6 16GB. On August 5, 2018, the phone would not hold a charge for more than three hours (30 minutes if you actually used the phone). I took the phone out of the case and it was just as it can be seen on the picture in this review (battery expanded and bent the rear chassis and pushed against the screen). We went to the Best Buy the battery replacement was preformed at and they said we couldn't do anything and to take it to Apple. As it was a company phone, it was just replaced by my dad's boss.

Was quoted one price from battery replacement and got to store was charged $20 more! Even on website it was the same price as quoted. Something is wrong somewhere!

The battery in my I-phone was getting bad. Through a recommendation from the phone itself I went to the geek squad. I usually go to the one in Northglenn. When I first went there without an appointment they were busy and it would take a long time. So I set an appointment. Returned at the appointed time. They worked on the phone-replaced the battery and did a general maintenance check. It was completed in the expected time.
It has been working fine. I am happy with it and my phone again. Good service in time expected. Thanks.

I wasn't sure if it was going to be worth changing my iPhone battery (my phone is five years old) but I'm glad I decided to do it. My phone feels pretty much like new again, so I'm glad I did it and maybe I'll squeeze a few more years out of it. Geek Squad's service was very fast (job completed and phone ready in a couple of hours) and the technicians were very competent and answered all of my questions. They also ran a phone diagnostic to let me know if the phone had any other problems before replacing the battery, and since it didn't I went ahead with the repair. Glad I did, because I definitely notice a significant improvement in how long the phone lasts before I need to charge it again. Not quite like new, but vastly improved performance. Thank you Geek Squad.

I went as a walk in I didn’t have an appointment the staff was wonderful. I was taken care of quickly and professionally. My battery was in desperate need of replacement and I was also provided peace of mind as I was leaving for a trip overseas in a week. Thank you so much

Great service! Getting my battery replaced was easy, and the replacement itself was done quickly! Not sure why I waited so long to get my battery replaced, but after regularly having to recharge my phone 4+ times in on day - this replacement was much needed! I am able to go a full day now without having to recharge my phone. The staff was super friendly, and informative as well - answering any questions I may have with expert knowledge.

Actually the Best Buy Geek Squad were very cordial, patient, pleasant and helpful. The reason for the 4 stars is my phone was damaged in the process of repair. Apple replaced the iPhone 13 that was damaged without cost to me. Again your people were helpful. Unfortunately I was without a phone for 5 days.

Although we did not have an appointment, it did not take long to check-in, verify my account coverages, and explain the process, I think things went pretty smooth. The turnaround time to replace the battery in an iPhone 13 was just 1 day. This device did have Asurion Insurance with Verizon, it was still cheaper to go to BestBuy due to my Total Tech coverage, and I am sure was about the same wait.
